Choose a workflow before choosing AI
A suitable workflow repeats often, has recognisable inputs and outputs, and has an owner who can judge exceptions. We first ask whether a rule, form, database constraint or ordinary integration solves it more reliably. AI is used only where it adds useful capability rather than novelty.
Keep uncertain decisions visible
The design identifies what may be automated, what requires human approval and what must be recorded for review. Sensitive data, access boundaries, failure handling and provider dependence are considered before information is sent to a model. A fallback path remains available when an automated result is missing or unreliable.
Measure a narrow result
A pilot is scoped around one operational outcome such as reducing repetitive handling or preparing information for a person to approve. We agree how quality, exceptions, time and cost will be observed. Expansion happens only when the measured result justifies taking on more automation and operating responsibility.
Engagement
Start with the decision in front of you.
We define the useful scope, make trade-offs visible, then deliver in working increments with an operational handover.
